Responsibilities included field investigation of existing systems, the <br />design of 11 new control cabinets for ground water wells and water treatment, the design of <br />upgrade modifications for existing control cabinets, development of work orders to complete the <br />upgrade. Worked in coordination with multiple contractors to perform onsite implementation and <br />startup processes. <br />Sweetwater Authority Water Treatment Facility Control System Upgrade <br />Served as Project Engineer, panel designer and programmer on multiple contracts to upgrade a <br />controls system for a 30M gallon water treatment facility. The projects involved modifications, <br />additions, and upgrades to a redundant CitectSCADA server system, single and multi -monitor <br />clients, historian, and AMPLA system. The scope of work included implementing a new Unity Pro <br />based Modicon plant master PLC with Ethernet based field 1/0. Responsibilities included field <br />investigation of existing systems, field 1/0 panel design, Modicon Unity Pro programming and <br />configuration, CitectSCADA programming, software standards development, software <br />implementation, electrical design, onsite implementation and startup. <br />Rancho California Water District Wastewater Treatment Facility Controls System Documentation <br />Served as Project Engineer to document existing electrical, PLC, and SCADA controls at a 5M gallon <br />waste water treatment facility. This documentation was then used in conjunction with the district <br />to budget and schedule for a multiyear controls system upgrade for the facility.
