<br />2.3.16 CATEGORY 16: WATER AND WASTE WATER TREATMENT
<br />Aeration, chart and data recorders, chemical feed, collection systems,
<br />flow metering, gauges, grounds maintenance, hose, hydrants, lab
<br />chemicals, equipment, and testing, location and leak detection, level
<br />and pressure, pipe, plugs, process analysis, pumps, sampling
<br />equipment, storm water, tanks, tools, valves, and water treatment.
<br />2.3.17 CATEGORY 17: MISCELLANEOUS
<br />Including, but not limited to: shelving (metal or wood composite),
<br />safety and emergency equipment, first aid supplies, conditioning salt,
<br />scaffolding (purchased), packaging supplies, communication supplies,
<br />electrical supplies, lighting supplies, office products, and property
<br />management products.
<br />2.3.18 CATEGORY 18: IN STORE SERVICES
<br />Including, but not limited to: glass cutting, pipe threading, planning
<br />services (flooring and cabinet), verbal technical advice, special orders,
<br />rental equipment, etc.
<br />2.4 PRODUCT ORDERING:
<br />2.4.1 Contractors complete product line (Wholesale or Retail) shall be available for internet
<br />ordering 24/7.
<br />2.4.2 Products may be ordered by any of the following methods:

<br />2.5 PRODUCT PRICING:
<br />2.5.1 Wholesale:
<br />Pricing shall be a fixed percentage (%) off catalog pricing by Product Category (Section
<br />2.3 above) and a rebate on gross sales (see Exhibit A). Catalog price updates will be
<br />allowed once per year.
<br />2.6 ON-LINE CATALOG DISCOUNT PRICING:
<br />Presently, the capability exists to access an on-line catalog reflecting contract pricing o f all
<br />products.
<br />2.7 RELATED PRODUCTS AND SERVICES (INSTALLATION, REPAIR AND RENOVATION
<br />SERVICES) PRICING:
<br />2.7.1 All Participating Public Agencies shall receive a detailed written quotation for all
<br />services to be performed, and product(s) to be provided.
<br />2.7.2 All quotations shall be for a "not to exceed" amount.
<br />2.7.3 As an audit tool, the Contractor(s) shall provide a copy of the most current R.S. Means
<br />Bare Cost Data (including any city cost index adjustment) pertaining to all written
<br />quotations.
<br />2.8 SALES REPORTING:
<br />Describe your firm's ability to provide detailed management reporting by Participating Public
<br />Agency. Identify the level(s) (Agency, Division, Department, Individual) of reporting detail
<br />available in the following categories:
