Services Provided <br />3Di Engage for Housing is a comprehensive platform for managing rental and affordable housing programs, including rent <br />stabilization and just-cause eviction. We propose to implement 3Di Engage for Housing for the City of Santa Ana and <br />provide ongoing maintenance, operation, and support for our solution. <br />In the following table, we demonstrate that we understand and can deliver the entire scope of services required for this <br />project as listed in Exhibit I – Scope of Services. <br />I GENERAL REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br /> A. Consultant shall implement, operate, <br />and maintain a rental registry portal <br />that supports the City’s Rent <br />Stabilization and Just Cause <br />Eviction Ordinance. Specifically, the <br />City is seeking a database or portal <br />where landlords register rental <br />units, update rental unit <br />information, update tenancy <br />information, submit notices, and pay <br />the City’s rental registry fee. <br /> Supported Complete implementation, <br />deployment and on ongoing <br />supported is included in the <br />scope of the project. <br /> <br /> B. The rental registry portal must <br />completely and accurately provide <br />the following information from the <br />Landlord for each of their rental <br />units: <br /> <br /> <br /> 1 Address of each Rental Unit <br />including identifying number or <br />letter; <br /> Supported <br /> <br /> 2 Number of bedrooms and <br />bathrooms in the Rental Unit; <br /> Supported <br /> <br /> 3 Name, current address, and contact <br />information of current Owners, <br />authorized <br /> Supported <br /> <br /> 4 representatives and property <br />managers; <br /> Supported <br /> <br />EXHIBIT 1
