(9)CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />3. Contractor shall provide, erect, and maintain all warning devices (i.e., barricades, cones, etc.) <br />as required or necessary to ensure the safety of the public, City, and Contractor's employees. <br />4. Contractor shall take all reasonable precautions in accordance with sound industrial <br />practices, to safeguard and protect property and property adjacent to distribution sites. <br />Damages to properties caused by Contractor's negligence shall be repaired at no cost (both <br />labor and material) to the City. <br />C. REPORTING REQUIREMENTS <br />Contractor shall submit monthly reports in a form supplied by City. Reports may be required <br />in formats including, Google Forms, Excel, Word, and PDF. Formats are subject to change <br />according to City needs. <br />2. Contractor shall utilize City -provided tracking forms to document recipients and their <br />demographic and need data. <br />3. Contractor shall comply with all City, federal, and state reporting requirements in a timely <br />manner. Reports shall be provided to the City upon request or regularly at a frequency to be <br />determined by the City. <br />4. Contractor shall provide monthly reports in form supplied by the City to the City's Project <br />Manager and must include the following at minimum: <br />a) Quantity of food distributed; <br />b) Number of households to which food was distributed; <br />c) Date of distribution event(s); <br />d) Distribution event location(s); and <br />e) Distribution event time frame and number of hours <br />
