The Planning Team served <br />as the primary stakeholders throughout the planning process. The general public and external <br />agencies served as secondary stakeholders in the planning process. The Planning Team was <br />responsible for the following tasks: <br /> <br />✓ Updating planning goals <br />✓ Preparing timeline for plan development <br />✓ Ensuring plan meets DMA 2000 requirements <br />✓ Organizing and soliciting involvement of the public and external agencies <br />✓ Gathering hazard information <br />✓ Reviewing HAZUS loss projection estimates <br />✓ Developing mitigation action Items <br />✓ Participating in Planning Team meetings and a City Council public meeting <br />✓ Providing existing resources including maps and data <br />
