(Requirement <br />§201.6(b)(1)) <br />A: See Secondary Stakeholders below. <br /> <br />Secondary Stakeholders <br />In addition to the Planning Team, the secondary stakeholders also provided information, <br />expertise, and other resources during plan writing phase. The secondary stakeholders included <br />the general public and external agencies. All gathered input was incorporated into the Third Draft <br />Plan prior to submission to Cal OES and FEMA. For a specific accounting of the date, source, <br />information gathered, and use of information during the Plan Writing Phase, please see below. <br /> <br />In advance of the City Council public meeting, City staff, general public, and external agencies <br />were informed of the Final Draft Plan and encouraged to participate in the public meeting. Any <br />comments gathered were noted in the Planning Team Staff Report and added to the Final Plan. <br /> <br />The Hazard Mitigation Planning Team (Planning Team) consisted of City department staff from <br />City’s Manager’s Office, Police, Public Works, Planning & Building, Finance, Human Resources <br />as well as representatives from Santa Ana Unified School District, City of Anaheim, and Orange <br />County Fire Authority. The Planning Team served as the primary stakeholders throughout the <br />planning process. <br /> <br />As required by DMA 2000, the Planning Team involved “the public”. The general public and <br />external agencies were invited to contribute to the mitigation plan during the plan writing phase. <br />Emails were distributed to external agencies and staff on September 1, 2021, containing a link to <br />the Second Draft Plan’s web posting.
