The nearest <br />residential receptor is located approximately 2,200 feet north of the Project site. In addition, it is noted that <br />a dialysis center is 700 feet to the northeast. <br />Daily construction emissions generated onsite by the proposed Project are evaluated against SCAQMD's <br />screening look -up tables for LSTs that have been interpolated for a 2.5-acre site as the proposed construction <br />would disturb a maximum of 2.5 acres per day during grading activities. The appropriate Source Receptor <br />Area (SRA) for the LST analysis is Central Orange County (SRA 17). <br />Although the nearest residence is approximately 2,200 feet from the Project, the Air Quality Assessment <br />provides a conservative analysis of potential LST impacts at the dialysis center, 700 feet (21 3 meters) from <br />the site is provided to identify maximum potential impacts.
