Santa Clara Avenue Bike Lane and Pedestrian Improvements From Lincoln Avenue to <br />Pasadena Street <br />November 15, 2022 <br />Page 4 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the recommended actions <br />are exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption Environmental Review No. ER- <br />2021-16 was filed for the project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />As indicated in the Cost Analysis, the estimated total construction delivery cost of the <br />project is $4,250,000, which includes construction, contract administration, inspection, <br />testing, and an authorized contingency. With the approval of the appropriation <br />adjustments, the total funding needed to deliver the project will be available for <br />expenditure. <br />1. Appropriation adjustment to recognize $581,000 in prior year fund balance in the <br />Measure M2 Local Fairshare, Prior Year Carry Forward revenue account (No. <br />03217002-50001), and appropriating the same amount to the Measure M2 Local <br />Fairshare, Improvements Other Than Building expense account (No. 03217662-66220). <br />2.
