Any services not related to those defined by the RFP may be subject to <br />further amendment, which will require approval by the City Council for the City of Santa <br />Ana. <br />2. Section 2, Compensation, is amended to increase the compensation for services provided by <br />$370,000. This amount includes an annual not-to-exceed amount of $60,000 for services <br />related to Exhibit A-1 for 2022 and 2023. Compensation, in an amount not-to-exceed <br />$250,000 shall cover costs related to Exhibits B-1, C-1, and any on-call services, as detailed <br />above. Any increase to agreement, for the services detailed here, will require approval by the <br />City Council for the City of Santa Ana. <br />3. Section 3, Term, is hereby amended to memorialize that services related to the Winter Holiday <br />decoration detailed in this First Amendment shall be completed by October 31, 2024. The <br />term of the Agreement, as detailed in Recital A, shall not be changed or modified by this First <br />Amendment. <br />4.
