- Identifying potential hazards and their relations to risks <br />Identifying and defining Limited Approach boundaries and Arc Flash <br />boundaries <br />Determining the Proper PPE needed <br />o Identify what face, hands, and feet equipment will be needed to protect <br />from any hazards <br />o Identify proper clothing allowed and that which is not permitted when <br />working with electrical equipment <br />Creating an Electrical Work Policy which will determine guidelines when <br />working with energized equipment <br />- Creating guidelines for de -energized work <br />- Creating a check list that can be used for all workers to minimize potential <br />hazards <br />Creating a check list for Supervisors to inspect areas of potential hazards to <br />ensure safety <br />Ensuring all hazardous and energized areas are properly identified using <br />appropriate signage and warnings <br />- Develop a schedule for proper evaluation of all areas of risk <br />- Training necessary personnel in key positions this safety program so they <br />may implement and train others in the set standards going forward. <br />- Create documents to be utilized for Safety compliance which will include <br />images of the specific locations and charts in order to ensure safety and <br />minimize hazard risks. <br />
