Agreement for Arc Flash Analysis and Electrical Safety Program <br />October 18, 2022 <br />Page 2 <br />with bids due on April 7, 2022. System records indicate 60 vendors were notified and 16 <br />vendors downloaded proposal files. Six proposals were received and evaluated by a <br />selection committee comprised of City staff from the Water Resources Division. The proposals contained a clear path toward achieving City <br />goals and objectives as required by the RFP. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with the action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are budgeted and available for expenditure in Fiscal Year 2022-23 and will be <br />budgeted in future fiscal years, including the renewal option, based on the needs of the <br />Water Resources Division.
