Los Angeles, CA 406 <br />Tele Help Wilmington, DE 158 <br />True Care Tampa, FL 85 <br />Casa de la Familia Santa Ana, CA 75 <br />500 Points Possible <br />TCTI, Dr. Gruver, and Dr. Saxe-Clifford presented the most responsive and cost effective <br />proposals. TCTI will provide approximately sixty-five percent of the requested services in <br />the form of pre-employment screenings, employee support and counseling, critical <br />incident counseling, training, and SWAT consultation to the Santa Ana Police <br />Department. The three-year agreement will cover the period of October 4, 2022 through <br />September 30, 2025 with an option for two, one-year extensions. Services provided <br />during the first four days of October are included in the agreement. The total actual <br />payments to TCTI will be based on actual usage of services and will not exceed $78,000. <br />TCTI does not provide court testimony or fitness for duty evaluations. <br />Dr. Gruver will provide approximately twenty-five percent of the requested services and <br />Dr. Saxe-Clifford will provide approximately ten percent in the form of pre-employment <br />screenings, court testimony, and fitness for duty evaluations. Both consultants have <br />provided satisfactory psychological services to the Santa Ana Police Department for <br />several years. Each three-year agreement will cover the period of October 4, 2022 <br />through September 30, 2022 with an option for two, one-year extensions. Services <br />provided during the first four days of October are included in the agreement. The total <br />actual payments to Dr. Gruver and Dr. Saxe-Clifford will be based on actual usage of <br />services and will not exceed $30,000 and $12,000, respectively. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action.
