Proposal to Provide Water, Sewer, and Public Works Grant Writing Services <br />40 <br /> <br />Chenxia Li, Federal Funding Expert <br />Chexnia has over 20 years of experience and an <br />extensive background in the capital planning process <br />and in developing long-range capital improvement <br />programs including regional and agency-wide <br />transportation planning.
