The final CAPER will capture performance information from the fourth quarter that <br />is not available to date. For this reason, several tables in the draft CAPER are blank. Each <br />table in the final CAPER will be complete to show the progress made in meeting the Five- <br />Year Consolidated Plan objectives. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this item. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT <br />1. Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report for Fiscal Year 2021-2022 <br />Submitted By: Steven Mendoza, Assistant City Manager <br />Approved By: Kristine Ridge, City Manager <br />property owners have made approximately $1,215,473 in <br />repairs and upgrades encompassing 221 permits. <br />Homeless Services <br />•Provided assistance to 177 persons through Street Outreach, <br />Homeless Prevention, Rapid Re-housing or Shelter. This <br />number includes 72 children and 105 individuals who reported <br />as adults. Numbers also include 43 that identified as Male and <br />81 who identified as Female.
