Field Turf Synthetic Turf Purchase Order <br />July 19, 2022 <br />Page 2 <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with the action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The proposed cost of the project is $568,598, which includes the purchase and installation <br />of new synthetic turf, painting all sports lines, and an eight -year maintenance period. <br />Project Item <br />Total <br />FieldTurf Synthetic Turf Replacement <br />$568,598 <br />FieldCare Maintenance Program <br />included <br />TOTAL PROJECT DELIVERY COST <br />$568,598 <br />Funds associated with the project were originally appropriated in Fiscal Year 2021-22. <br />However, due to the fact that the award of the purchase order has crossed into a new <br />fiscal year, a request to carryover funds in the account below will be submitted as part of <br />the Citywide carryover process. The Citywide carryover request is typically presented to <br />the City Council in September or October after year-end balances of the prior year are <br />available.
