E. EQUIPMENT <br />The Contractor shall have access to lift/boom truck with a minimum of 50-foot reach capability <br />to access cameras, pan/tilt units. <br />F. WORKING HOURS <br />The Contractor's activities shall be confined to the following hours: <br />From 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, within work areas having either no <br />lane closures or having continuous lane closures, i.e. 24-hour closures lasting more than one <br />day. <br />From 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, for work requiring temporary lane <br />closures, i.e. those having less than a 24-hour duration, and for work at major intersections. <br />Deviation from these hours/days shall not be permitted without the prior consent of the Engineer, <br />except in emergencies involving immediate hazard to be persons or property, or as specified <br />otherwise <br />G. CITY RESPONSIBILITIES <br />The City will provide as -built plans and any other material related to the ATMS and <br />Communication Systems to facilitate the repair work. <br />H. FEE SCHEDULE <br />In addition to Section III.B.3 (Submittal Requirements: Fee Proposal) fee schedule shall be <br />structured per Attachment 4 Proposers Certification and Proposal Item Pricing. <br />City of Santa Ana RFP 22-031 <br />Page Al-3 <br />
