Assembly Bills and Legislation and identified potential <br />effects on the district <br />District Scheduler & Executive Assistant - U.S. House of Representatives, 46 th District <br />January 2012 -October 2013 <br />•Coordinated and maintained the Congressional Member's daily schedule, travel plans, <br />and any/all in-district appointments and travel <br />•Reviewed and screened all inquiries for the Congressional Member's district office <br />meeting requests and off-site visits as according to staff recommendations <br />•Assisted with various administrative duties and office management tasks such as <br />composition of Congressional Certificate requests, Resolution requests, and referrals <br />for Capitol tours <br />•Reviewed the Member's incoming correspondence and invitations and made <br />recommendations for attendance to community events by maintaining records of all <br />event or meeting requests <br />•Conducted outreach and coordination for scheduling district office meetings with local <br />businesses, stakeholders, educator, unions, or dignitaries <br />•Required to research and understand federal legislative affairs, community affairs, and <br />intergovernmental services <br />EXHIBIT 1
