Page 14 of 49 <br />Reclamation requires Performance reporting for all financial assistance awards, both <br />Construction and non -Construction. Performance reports for Construction agreements shall meet <br />the same minimum requirements outlined in paragraph (b)(2) above. <br />10.4 Report Frequency and Distribution. The following table sets forth the reporting <br />requirements for this Agreement.
