<br />2. Section 3, Term. The parties agree to extend the term of the Agreement for an additional one <br />(1) year period from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. The parties agree and understand <br />that no further term extensions are available to exercise. No other changes are contemplated <br />to this section. <br />3.
