Based on <br />the bid analysis, staff recommends awarding the purchase order contract for seven <br />Chevrolet Express Passenger vans to Winners Chevrolet, Inc. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with the action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />An appropriation adjustment is required to allocate funds received in prior fiscal years in <br />the amount of $89,574 in the Recreation Grants Revenue account (16913002-50001) and <br />appropriating the same amount into the OCTA Senior Mobility Program expenditure <br />account (16913202-66400) for FY 2021-2022 capital operating expenses.
