Contract Agreement Statement <br />Cannon acknowledges and concurs with the City of Santa Ana's provisions contained in the issued <br />Attachment 2 Sample Agreement, located in the Appendix of the City's RFP. <br />c. Firm and Team Experience <br />Cannon Corporation - Providing Reliable Responsive Solutions since 7976 <br />As a full -service construction management, <br />engineering, and surveying firm, we take pride in our <br />ability to offer clients a broad range of services. Our <br />commitment to providing clients Reliable Responsive <br />Solutions, whether the project scope is expansive <br />or more specialized, spans 46 years. During that <br />time, we have worked with many cities, counties, and <br />agencies throughout California to maintain secure and <br />dependable water systems. <br />Cannon has offices throughout California which <br />include Irvine, Los Angeles, Ventura, San Luis Obispo, <br />and Bakersfield. Our proposed Project Manager, <br />Mr. Hany Heinen, PE, PLS will be managing services <br />for the City from our office in Irvine. Additional <br />services for the City will be provided by Cannon staff <br />across offices, and on -site when needed. <br />Cannon's team also includes specialists in public <br />infrastructure design and construction for projects <br />involving water wells; water distribution and recycled <br />water systems; sewer/wastewater systems; treatment <br />facilities; transmission systems; and pump stations. <br />We have provided a wide range of construction <br />management, funding administration, and engineering <br />services for public improvement projects involving <br />hundreds of miles of pipelines, roadways, and <br />municipal facility sites. Additionally, we have worked <br />with several surrounding municipalities and other <br />public agencies to complete public infrastructure <br />projects involving work similar to the scope of services <br />anticipated by the City. <br />Our team of more than 140 professionals includes <br />registered civil, electrical, mechanical, and structural <br />engineers; automation and SCADA system <br />specialists; licensed land surveyors; Caltrans certified <br />construction managers and APWA certified public <br />infrastructure inspectors. <br />Experience Counts <br />Our multidisciplinary in-house team offers expertise <br />in the following areas that are critical to the success <br />of the City's projects: <br />Construction Management <br />and Inspection <br />Pump and Pressure <br />Reducing Stations <br />F <br />Wells, Tanks, and Reservoirs <br />Electrical Services <br />
