Based on this analysis, a Notice <br />of Exemption, Environmental Review No. 2022-05 will be filed for this project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The various agreements, including the loan agreements, are estimated to be finalized for <br />City Council approval in FY 2022-23. First, the $6,662.65 per year <br />for the remainder of the loan term will no longer be paid to the City.
