The table outlines the funding source for the proposed position additions: <br />Fund Sources # of Positions <br />General Fund 17 <br />Other Funds 23 <br />Total Additions 40 <br />Classification and comaensation chanaes for PMA classifications (Exhibit 4) <br />It was determined that the salary ranges for the Police Lieutenant and Police Captain <br />classifications are not in compliance with Sections 4.3(A)(5) and 4.3(C) of the <br />Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the City of Santa Ana and the Santa <br />Ana Police Management Association. As such, it is necessary to adjust the salary <br />ranges for the Police Lieutenant and Police Captain classifications retroactive to July 1, <br />2021 in order to bring the City into compliance with the MOU and resolution between <br />the parties. <br />Capital Improvement Program (CIP) <br />The May 17, 2022 City Council meeting agenda packet included the proposed Capital <br />Improvement Program for FY 2022-23, which is a one-year capital budget and seven- <br />
