This new facility includes approximately 1.2 million <br />square feet of space set on a 31-acre campus. The property is improved with 10 <br />major campus/clinical buildings as well as a concourse connecting all <br />improvements. A mechanical pant and two parking garages also exist on the <br />campus and are included in the assessment. AEIs scope of work includes a <br />complete inventory of all building systems as well as confirming the presence of <br />various MEP equipment which was identified on design drawings. AEI's FCA <br />survey also includes identifying discrepancies between construction drawings and <br />as -built drawings. AEI's field inspection services are being utilized to amend the <br />"as -built" drawings to reflect "true" conditions. <br />Presentation: <br />AEI utilized the Kykloud FCA data -gathering software as well as tablet data <br />collection devices in developing detailed reports. Narrative reports will be <br />completed, along with a database and spreadsheet of all deficiencies which <br />included projected maintenance activities.
