b. The individual digital billboard and digital banner designs, with sufficient detail <br />to illustrate the scale, size, and mix of design elements. At a minimum, the <br />following design information shall be included in schematic form: <br />• Site Plan <br />• Elevations <br />• High -resolution graphic renderings <br />• Animation or video of installation with same quality, technology and scale <br />c. Information pertaining to each proposed digital billboard and digital banner in <br />sufficient detail to verify conformance with the specifications and requirements <br />outlined in this RFP. <br />Proposal shall include a Scope of Services which details the work phases to be completed, the <br />tasks to be accomplished and the deliverables to be provided. Scope of Services shall be <br />incorporated into the schedule to complete the project based on the requested Scope of Work <br />as detailed in ATTACHMENT 1: SCOPE OF WORK in the Appendix of this RFP. <br />10. PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT SCHEDULE <br />A preliminary schedule shall be submitted for the development of the proposed digital <br />billboards and digital banners that addresses, at a minimum, preparation of sealed foundation, <br />structural and design documents, projected approval dates, commencement and completion of <br />construction, and operation of the digital billboards and digital banners. The City expects that <br />construction of the digital billboards and digital banners will commence within six (6) months <br />of execution of the Agreement with the commissioning of operation within eighteen (18) <br />months. The schedule shall also include a timeline for the replacement of billboards and <br />banners. <br />The schedule shall include a written statement which provides information on current workload <br />and how this project would be accommodated. <br />11. BUSINESS PROPOSAL AND FINANCIAL PLAN <br />Proposer's projected revenue to City shall include the Company's best estimate of the revenue <br />from advertising and the City's portion of that revenue based on a 25% share of the Company's <br />estimated revenue. The revenue that the City can anticipate from contracting the services is <br />part of the evaluation criteria. <br />The bases and assumptions used to estimate the total projected gross revenue per year and over <br />twenty-five (25) years shall be presented as part of the proposal. In addition, the anticipated <br />number and location of the proposed digital billboards along the freeways as well as the <br />number and location of digital banners within the City shall be provided based on a preliminary <br />feasibility study. Similarly, the bases for the revenue from advertising at bus stops and bus <br />shelters shall be estimated. <br />The revenue from digital billboards, digital banners, bus stops and bus shelters shall be <br />presented as three (3) separate line items with the associated bases and assumptions used in <br />Page 14 of 20 <br />
