25 GROUP 4 ARCHITECTURE TAB 2 SCOPE OF SERVICES AND SCHEDULEWe will update the estimate of probable construction cost as needed to reflect the <br />Backcheck/Bid Set documents. <br />We will assist the City and Library with FFE bid/procurement packages. <br />Task 4 Meetings and Deliverables <br /> ▪Plan Check package <br /> ▪Backcheck/Bid Set, including drawings, specifications (CSI format), and structural <br />calculations <br /> ▪Historic Compatibility Analysis <br /> ▪Assist with Historic Exterior Modification Application <br /> ▪90% and final estimates of probable construction cost <br /> ▪Up to five (5) PMT meetings <br /> ▪One (1) Technical Meeting (Planning and Building) <br /> ▪One (1) Historic Resources Commission presentation <br /> ▪Optional presentation to City Council <br />TASK 5: BIDDING, CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION, AND CLOSEOUT <br />We will assist the City in advertising the project, responding to contractors’ questions, <br />preparing project addenda, evaluating bids, notifying the successful bidder, and <br />collecting and reviewing bonds, insurance certificates, and construction schedules. <br />We will prepare for and conduct the preconstruction conference; help the Library <br />monitor and document the project’s progress for quality, cost, and liability control; <br />and inform the City and the Library about project progress. We will respond to RFIs, <br />review product submittals and shop drawings, analyze and assist in negotiation of <br />change orders as needed, review pay requests, review the punch list, prepare final <br />inspection reports, and attend regular construction meetings. <br />Group 4 will complete applicable certificates, review the contractor’s record drawings, <br />and collect and coordinate written warranties and maintenance manuals required of <br />the contractor. <br />Task 5 Meetings and Deliverables <br /> ▪Prebid meeting <br /> ▪Preconstruction meeting <br /> ▪Project addenda as needed <br /> ▪Project conformed set <br /> ▪Monthly construction site visits <br /> ▪Responses to RFIs and Substitution Requests; ASIs, RFIs, submittals, etc. <br /> ▪Compile record documents <br /> ▪Optional City Council meeting – Award of Contract <br />EXHIBIT C - PROPOSAL
