Consultant shall <br />also attend pre-bid meeting, if scheduled. <br /> <br />Construction Administration <br />Consultant shall provide support to the City during the Construction Administration phase by assisting <br />with questions, requests for information/clarification, and/or reviewing submittals. Consultant’s Basic <br />Service includes bi-weekly participation in Owner Architect Contractor (OAC meetings by web <br />conference, and monthly attendance on-site for in-person participation in OAC meetings and to <br />observe the progress of the construction limited to the duration shown below in section IV. <br /> <br />Record Drawings / As-built Plans: <br />Upon construction completion, consultant shall incorporate as-built information, as provided by <br />the General Contractor, into the drawing files to provide record drawings for City archives. <br /> <br />FFE Selection and Procurement Services <br />Consultant shall provide support to the City during the Bidding phase by assisting with questions, <br />requests for information/clarification, or conflicts arising out of the bidding process. Consultant shall <br />also attend pre-bid meeting, if scheduled. <br /> <br />Task 5: ARPA, or other Funder Compliance Administration <br />Consultant’s responsibilities for ARPA, or other funder, compliance reporting shall be limited to monthly <br />delineation of percent complete by task included in Consultant’s monthly invoicing. Additional reporting or <br />documentation of the Consultant or any subconsultants shall be Additional Services. <br /> <br /> <br />City Responsibilities <br />The City will be responsible for the following items: <br /> Provision of available plans and existing documentation on file. <br /> Provision of electronic design file with City title block and title sheet (24" x 36") <br /> Provision of standard City boilerplate specifications. <br /> Acting as liaison with the appropriate decision making bodies, as necessary. <br /> Coordination and processing of plans and documents with governmental agencies having <br />jurisdiction over the project. <br /> Support for community and stakeholder meetings including arranging venues, publicity, room <br />setup and breakdown, provision of projection and amplification, refreshments, translation <br />services (live and/or in print) <br /> If Hazardous Building Material Sampling is done on any parts of the roof the City will engage the <br />services of a qualified roofing contractor to repair the roof as necessary. <br /> Services of a Construction Manager (CM) that may be either City staff or third party consultant <br />hired by the City) to monitor and coordinate contractor services, facilitate and record OAC <br />meetings, maintain RFI, ASI, CO logs, monitor contractor’s schedule performance, review pay <br />applications, and coordinate. <br /> Paying permit and/or plan check or other fees to the City or other Authorities having jurisdiction <br />over the project. <br /> <br />II.
