Conduct improvements to Santa Anita Park to ensure it continues <br />to adequately meet the needs of Santa Ana residents. <br />2. Improvements to the Newhope Library to include total <br />replacement of the roof and windows. <br /> <br />3. Removal of ADA barriers to the PAAL Center restrooms to bring <br />the public facility in compliance with ADA for the use of all patrons. <br /> <br />4. Installation of artificial ivy to serve as a graffiti deterrent, increase <br />the privacy of local residents from the active rail line and help <br />increase the aesthetics of the Logan neighborhood. <br />Target Date 6/30/2023 <br />Estimate the number <br />and type of families <br />that will benefit from <br />the proposed activities <br />2000 low- and moderate-income residents will benefit from this <br />activity. <br />Location Description Public parks and open spaces in CDBG eligible areas. <br />EXHIBIT 1
