Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing revenue received in Fiscal Year 21- <br />22 in the amount of $319,143 in the Residential Development District 2, District Park <br />Acquisition & Development Fees revenue account and appropriating the same <br />amount into the Residential Development District 2, Improvements Other Than <br />Building expenditure account for FY 2021-22 capital operating expenses. (Requires <br />five affirmative votes) <br />2. Award a construction contract to Marina Landscape Inc, the lowest responsible <br />bidder, in accordance with the base bid in the amount of $469,000, for construction <br />of the Cabrillo Park Irrigation Renovation, for the term beginning April 5, 2022 and <br />ending upon project completion, and authorize the City Manager to execute the <br />contract subject to non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and the <br />City Attorney. <br />3. Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated construction delivery cost of <br />$587,000 which includes $469,000 for the construction contract, $71,000 for contract <br />administration, inspection and testing, and a $47,000 project contingency for <br />unanticipated or unforeseen work. <br />4. Approve an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2021-22 Capital Improvement Program <br />for $319,143 in construction funds for the Cabrillo Park Irrigation Renovation Project. <br />DISCUSSION <br />The Cabrillo Park Irrigation Renovation Project involves replacing the outdated irrigation <br />system at Cabrillo Park (Exhibit 1). The main irrigation line at Cabrillo Park was installed <br />
