At the date of termination, the PHA will thereafter be subject to HUD Portability <br />Procedures. The terminating PHA shall implement the HUD Portability Procedures for such <br />Vouchers, and within a reasonable time, not to exceed ninety (90) calendar days after <br />notification to the other PHAs of the intent to terminate participation. <br /> <br />XII.
