Care Facilities Amend Municipal Code to define <br />community care facilities, permitting <br />process, and standards, and make changes <br />to ensure consistency with state law. <br />Amend Municipal Code to define facilities <br />not regulated under the Community Care <br />Facilities Act and specify permit process <br />consistent with state law. <br />2014-2015 In 2020, the City began the research and planning phase of amending the Municipal <br />Code to address community care facilities, however, this will be bundled into the <br />comprehensive Zoning Code update. <br />44. Housing for People with <br />Disabilities, including <br />Developmental <br />Work with service providers to support the <br />development or provision of housing <br />suitable for people with disabilities, <br />including developmental disabilities. Seek <br />and/or support grants, where feasible, to <br />facilitate the production of new housing or <br />appropriate services for disabled people. <br />2014 & Ongoing In 2021,Francis Xavier Residences and Crossroads at Washington are awaiting start of <br />construction in 2022.North Harbor Village has a construction end date of October 2022. <br />These projects will provide units including 148 units of permanent supportive housing.
