These proposed programs will <br />operate weekly and will provide low-income community members with access to free <br />food, diapers and other essential supplies. The Santa Ana Elks Lodge is proposing to <br />offer weekly hot meals at their facility with the option for meal delivery for those individuals <br />with limited mobility. MPNA-Green is proposing to provide $300 food vouchers for Santa <br />Ana households that have been impacted by COVID-19. Additional program details <br />including detailed budgets and scope of work for each of the proposed programs are <br />outlined in the agreements (Exhibits 2-6). <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are available for expenditure in Fiscal Year 2021-22.
