Approve an appropriation adjustment to recognize prior-year fund balance of <br />$582,500 in the Residential Development District 2 Fund, Prior Year Carry Forward <br />revenue account, and appropriate the same amount into the Residential Development <br />District 2, Acquisition and Development, Improvements Other Than Building <br />expenditure account. (Requires five affirmative votes) <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment to recognize prior-year fund balance of $50,000 <br />in the Sanitary Sewer Capital Fund, Prior Year Carry Forward revenue account, and <br />appropriate the same amount into the Capital Recovery Charges, Improvements <br />Other Than Building expenditure account. (Requires five affirmative votes) <br />3. Approve an amendment to the Project Cost Analysis to reflect the new amount of <br />$392,938.40 for contract administration, inspection and testing, and a $760,000 <br />project contingency for unanticipated or unforeseen work, subject to non-substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />4. Approve an amendment to the Fiscal Year 2021-22 Capital Improvement Program in <br />the amount of $632,500, which includes $82,500 in construction engineering funds <br />and $550,000 for construction contingency funds, for the Santiago Park Gas House <br />Project. <br />DISCUSSION <br />On March 2, 2021, the City Manager authorized the award of a contract to Nationwide <br />General Construction Services for The Santiago Park – Gas House Area Development <br />Project.
