pursuant to the GPU would require or result in the relocation or construction of new or <br />expanded water facilities. However, the City would have adequate capacity for the proposed <br />increases in water flows across the city under implementation of the GPU and would be able <br />to serve the additional dwelling units and commercial square footage proposed. Furthermore, <br />GPU policies encourage the maintenance and upgrade of water infrastructure through impact <br />fees from new development, and the exploration of other funding sources. Water supply <br />would be adequate to meet development pursuant to the GPU. Existing and/or proposed <br />stormwater drainage facilities would be able to accommodate proposed development <br />pursuant to the GPU. Existing and/or proposed solid waste facilities would be able to <br />accommodate development pursuant to the GPU and comply with related solid waste <br />regulations. Development pursuant to the GPU would require or result in the relocation or <br />construction of new or expanded electric power and natural gas.
