Joint Agreement with the County of Orange for the 800MHz Countywide Coordinated <br />Communications System (CCCS). <br />February 1, 2022 <br />Page 2 <br />parameters for the year-to-year costs and the costs of necessary system upgrades in the <br />future. It also includes establishing Bylaws for the Governance Committee. <br />The new Agreement was presented at the Governance Committee Meeting on April 28, <br />2021. The Committee approved the rewrite and recommended submitting it to the Orange <br />County Board of Supervisors for approval. The rewritten Agreement was presented to <br />the City Managers of the Partner Agencies to seek input and revisions. All revisions <br />received were incorporated into the document. <br />The annual cost for this service is determined by the number of radios on the system. The <br />Police Department, Public Works, Planning and Building, and Parks and Recreation all <br />use radios on the system.
