Attachment A - Joint Agreement for 800 MHz CCCS Page 22 of 83 <br />BYLAWS <br />800 MHz GOVERNANCE COMMITTEE <br />Page 4 <br />Sheriff Technology staff shall call for attendance at the beginning of each meeting, <br />keep the minutes, and perform other clerical duties as appropriate to the position. <br />He/she shall retain the attendance records including the minutes. <br />Article 8. Compensation <br />Section 1. Governance Committee members shall receive no compensation for their service. <br />Article 9. Amendments. Review, Dissolution and Effective Date <br />Section 1. This Committee will operate as established by the Board of Supervisors on <br />November 23, 2004 and revised by the Board of Supervisors in , <br />2021 <br />Section 2. These Bylaws shall supersede all previous Bylaws and shall become effective on <br />upon the approval of the Board of Supervisors. <br />Section 3. These Bylaws shall remain in effect until amended, revised or terminated by the <br />Board of Supervisors and Parties to the Joint Agreement. <br />Section 4. The Board of Supervisors and Parties to the Joint Agreement may make <br />amendments to the Bylaws at any time. <br />Section 5. This Governance Committee can be terminated at any time, without cause, by <br />action of the Board of Supervisors and Parties to the Joint Agreement. <br />
