_ KDC Systems <br />An FMCCR Company <br />discomfort to the thousands of daily travelers and commercial discomfort to LAWA who <br />have commitments to their customer airlines. <br />As the 'Balance of Plant' integrator we were required to interface with multiple <br />equipment vendors. The airport is physically and organizationally dispersed. Every <br />terminal has its' own systems and service contracts which made this a very difficult <br />project to manage.Our schedules had to be constantly revised to ensure that specific <br />modules were ready and tested to coincide with changing construction and installation <br />schedules. <br />KDC Systems met our customer's requirements through careful planning and <br />coordination with all parties. <br />4.5.
