Resources <br />7.1.1.General-Powers Bros. has determined and provided the Internal and External resources <br />needed for the establishment, implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of <br />the quality management system. These resources are included but not limited to: <br />7.1.2. People: Necessary persons are determined and provided for the effective implementation of <br />QMS and for the operation and control of processes. <br />7.1.3.infrastructure: The necessary infrastructure for the operation of processes and to achieve <br />conformity of products and services has been determined and provided. <br />7.1.4.Environment for the operation of processes: A suitable environment, a combination of <br />human and physical factors is determined and provided to QMS processes. <br />7.1.5.Monitoring and measuring resources: Powers Bros. has determined and provide the <br />measurement and test equipment to ensure valid and reliable results when monitoring or <br />measuring to verify the conformity of products according to Calibration Procedure <br />(QMSP105). <br />The Measurement and test equipment are <br />A. Calibrated or verified <br />B. Identified and determined by according to their status <br />C. Safeguarded from adjustment, damage, or deterioration. <br />7.1.6.Organizational knowledge: <br />A. Internal Knowledge: Powers faros fosters an open opinion atmosphere for every employee to <br />be heard and to contribute their individual experiences and expertise. Knowledge from skilled <br />tradesman, Account Managers and management input is taken into consideration and shared <br />amongst the company through formal and informal communication. <br />B. External Knowledge: Customer knowledge and contributions to process is captured by <br />Account Managers and shared amongst company. Industry standards are utilized when <br />appropriate. <br />
