15 <br />City of Santa Ana <br />On Call Right -of -Way Speciality Services: Acquisition and Relocation <br />QUALITY ASS URANCEIQUALITY CONT 0 M <br />i <br />The Monument Team follows a quality control procedure for all activities- This procedure is documented, and <br />all staff are trained to run their tasks and delivery items though this QA/QC process- In its most basic form, this <br />process consists of the following: <br />1- Work Product- Appraisal, appraisal review, acquisition negotiations, title and escrow services, and relocation <br />assistance- <br />2- Review - Project Manager reviews project work daily and ongoing to ensure best practices and internal <br />standards compliance including diaries, logs, milestones, budget, client communication, communication <br />with owners and tenants, and general file maintenance and management- <br />3- Compliance - Management reviews and assesses compliance with applicable standards, regulations and <br />client policies and procedures_ <br />Asan example, our documented communications section of ourQA/QC plan addresses preparation of acquisition <br />and relocation documents and documentation of communications with property owners and displacees in <br />individual parcel diaries- Monument staff are trained to manage and implement projects in accordance with our <br />QAJQC plan and Managers are responsible for ensuring compliance_ <br />7 <br />
