Over the span <br />of her career she has managed numerous projects and successfully completed <br />over 5,000 acquisitions and relocations for public improvement projects. She is <br />responsible for the management of her acquisition and relocation staff and the <br />budget and critical paths for each of her team's projects. Daniela was most recently <br />the Senior Project Manager on the Design -Build, 1-405 Improvement Project. In that <br />capacity, she provided program management oversight for the implementation of <br />acquisition, and relocation services, as well as oversight and management of cost <br />controls, schedules, and risk assessment. <br />EXPERIENCE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA PROJECTS <br />i , iy of �DaCta 12005 - Ongoing <br />Warner Avenue Widening, Phase 11. This project expands Warner Avenue from <br />Oak Street to Grand Avenue by adding an additional lane of traffic and medians. <br />This project will improve the flow of traffic and greatly improve commuter safety. <br />Daniela is responsible for the acquisition of 20 full and partial take residential and <br />commercial properties and over 17 residential relocations <br />Grand Avenue Widening Project_ As Acquisition Project Manager, Daniela provided <br />oversight of overall project coordination. She worked with her staff to analyze <br />acquisition impacts, prepare acquisition documents, negotiate with property <br />owners, and compile project reports. She coordinated escrow and cleared <br />encumbrances from titles to close out the project. <br />Bristol Street Widening Project, Phases 3A & B. As Project Manager, Daniela <br />provided oversight of overall project coordination and managed all elements of the <br />right of way acquisition for this project, which entailed 28 partial and full acquisitions <br />and relocation of 15 businesses and 23 residential occupants_ <br />INTERSTATE 405 IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />ror - +-on Authority I Orange, CA 1 201 5 - Ongoin;: <br />Daniela was the Senior Project Manager providing project management oversight <br />for the implementation of acquisition and relocation for this design -build project that <br />will widen approximately 16 miles of active freeway between the SR-73 freeway in <br />Costa Mesa and 1-605 near the L.A. County line. She provided project management <br />and acquisition services for the partial acquisition of 288 parcels. Daniela was also <br />responsible for oversight and management of cost controls (including document <br />control/budgets), schedules, and risk assessment. <br />SOUTH LAGUNA TUNNEL STABILIZATION AND SEWER REPLACEMENT <br />PROJECT <br />South Coast Water District ! South Laguna Beach. CA 12007 - Ongoing <br />Daniela has been working with South Coast Water District for ten years. This <br />project widened and improved an underground sewer tunnel spanning two miles <br />
