After a brief stint selling <br />corduroy at JC Penny, she took a job at <br />a local right-of-way company answering <br />phones even though she barely spoke <br />English. Through hard work and <br />perseverance, she grew into the fierce <br />professional that she is today. <br />DANIELA'S EXPERIENCE CONTNUED <br />of Pacific Coast Highway. This project involved aquiring upgraded easements, new <br />easements, and fee interest from over 214 properties. Daniela continues to provide <br />acquisition services in additional phases of the project to date. <br />VARIOUS PROJECTS <br />City of Mission Viejo I Mission Viejo, CA 12010 - Ongoing <br />Daniela has been the go -to Project Manager for the City of Mission Viejo for over ten <br />years. She provides advisory services for all right-of-way issues and provides all <br />acquisition and relocation services for the City. She is currently managing the Oso <br />Park On -Ramp Project on the 1-5 Freeway_ <br />NORTH SPRING STREET VIADUCT PROJECT <br />City of Tustin I Tustin_ CAI2014 - . <br />As the Project Manager for this street extension project. Daniela provided oversight <br />and overall project coordination of applicable right-of-way services, including both <br />acquisition and relocation. She worked with staff to analyze acquisition impacts, <br />prepare acquisition and relocation documents, negotiate with one business owner, <br />and compile reports. <br />INTERSTATE 5 HOV IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />Graf ig. unty Transportation . •. :.• _,ca_ _, . 'a 12013 - 2016 <br />As Project Manager, Daniela provided oversight of overall project coordination of <br />applicable right-of-way services. She developed and prepared acquisition formats <br />and provided recommendation summaries of the impacts for OCTA. Daniela <br />prepared acquisition documents, negotiated with property owners, provided <br />escrow coordination, and compiled reports. She worked with OCTA to permanently <br />relocate two commercial tenants_ <br />MASON STREET WIDENING PROJECT <br />City of Moreno Valley j i'•:._r.:: r'•:alley_ CA 12009 - <br />Daniela was the Project Manager for this street widening of Nason Street from Fir <br />(SR-60 Freeway) to Cactus to support the new County hospital. She was responsible <br />for acquiring thirty parcels and relocated one residence. <br />WHITTIERAT BEACH INTERSECTION IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS <br />C it, ... , . . . . .. . <br />As Project Manager, Daniela provided oversight of overall project coordination <br />of applicable right-of-way services. She worked with staff to analyze acquisition <br />impacts on six properties in the project area. Daniela developed and prepared <br />acquisition formats and provided recommendation summaries of the impacts for <br />the City. Prepared acquisition documents, negotiated with property owners, and <br />compiled reports. <br />ANAHIEM CANYON METROLINK PEDESTRIAN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />Daniela was the Project Manager and provided oversight of overall project <br />coordination of applicable right-of-way services. She was responsible for the right <br />of entry documnents for over 20 property owners, negotiated with property owners, <br />and compiled right-of-way reports. She developed and prepared acquisition <br />formats for two parcels and recommendation regarding the impacts to the City. <br />
