Authority I San Bernardino, CA 1 2020 - Ongoing <br />This design -build project includes the design and construction of a 3 mile tunnel <br />transit modal connector which will connect the Metrolink station in Rancho <br />Cucamonga to the Ontario Airport. July is instrumental in providing right-of-way <br />project management, acquisition supportservices including appraisal coordination, <br />acquisition, relocation, condemnation support, cost estimating and development of <br />the design build procurement documents_ <br />1-15 EXPRESS LANES PROJECT <br />Riverside County Transportation Commission I Riverside, CA 12018 - 2020 <br />As an agent, July successfully acquired and closed all g partial acquisition case <br />files. The Project constructs tolled express lanes in each direction between the <br />1-15/Cajalco Road interchange in Corona and the 1-151SR-60 interchange just south <br />of the Riverside/San Bernardino County line (approximately 14 miles). <br />1-215 PLACENTIA INTERCHANGE PROJECT <br />Riverside CA 12016 - 2018 <br />July assisted the Project Manager with the acquisition of 2 full takes in this <br />interchange project. She was responsible for all casework notices, offer packages <br />and closing documents_ <br />MID COUNTY PARKWAY-PLACENTIA INTERCHANGE PROJECT <br />Riverside County Transportation Commission I Riverside, CA 12016 - 2018 <br />As an agent, July assisted the Project Manager with acquisition and relocation <br />EXPECTIONAL tasks. She was responsible for preparation of offer letters and required notices. <br />rn��SS COMMUNICATOR She assisted with schedule and document management. <br />FUN FACT! <br />July is a go-getter and does not sit still. <br />She is constantly brainstorming her next <br />travel adventure or small business idea. <br />Recently, July started a baking business <br />with her sister and husband which she <br />runs on the side of her day job. Commission I San Bernardino, CA 12014 - 2018 <br />1-215 Rarton Road Interchange Improvement Project_ As an agent, July transmitted <br />documents to client, prepared relocation claim documents, and delivered funds to <br />property owners and tenants. <br />1-1❑ Express Lanes Project July assisted the Project Manager with finalizing <br />appraisal reports and drafting Relocation Plans. Shia was responsible for drafting <br />project documents including NDA's and Offer Packages and assisted with <br />compilation of resolution of necessity packages, reporting on status of and outcome <br />of resolution of necessity filings and drafted District Condemnation Evacuation <br />meeting & Condemnation Panel Review meeting notices. <br />BRISTOL STREET WIDENING PROJECT, PHASES 3AAND 3B <br />As an agent, July transmitted documents to client, prepared relocation claim <br />documents, and delivered funds to property owners and tenants. She prepared cost <br />estimates, acquisition, relocation, and property management services associated <br />with different phases of this project. As an agent, she successfully acquired 10 <br />residential full acquisition properties and 4 residential partial acquisition properties <br />out of 18 case files. July prepared 2€1 offer packages, notices and successfully <br />permanently relocated 5 owner -occupied residential properties, 1 permanent <br />business property (gas station), 5 permanent tenant -occupied residential <br />properties, and 3 permanent owner -occupied residential properties. <br />
