She specializes in business, residential, and <br />mobile home relocation assistance and has relocated hundreds of businesses. <br />EXPERIENCE <br />CALIFORNIA HIGH SPEED -RAIL PROJECT <br />)ngoing <br />The California High -Speed Rail Authority is responsible for planning, designing, <br />building, and the operation of the first high-speed rail system in the nation. Patti is a <br />key member of the consultant team providing right-of-way support on Construction <br />Package 1, a 23-mile segment between Avenue 19 in Madera County to East <br />American Avenue in Fresno County- She is responsible for the organization and <br />management of an intense utility conveyance and permit process for the Authority <br />preparing and tracking known and unknow utilities and coordination with owners, <br />utilities and stakeholders. <br />METRO GOLD LINE <br />Foothiii Extension Construction I Monrovia, CA 12020 - Ongoing <br />As the Relocation Manager, Patti is responsible for the relocation services to <br />residences and businesses affected by the Gold Line extension project in the <br />cities of Arcadia, Monrovia and Glendora. Patti is the liaison between the client <br />and owners and tenant's attorneys and responsible for identification of qualifying <br />compensable items, negotiation of goodwill as applicable, the preparation and <br />review of claims and status reports, relocation claims, and working with contractors <br />to obtain accurate estimates to successfully resolve all relocation issues. <br />1-10 EXPRESS LANES PROJECT — DESIGN BUILD <br />err:crrl:no. !`A. 1201 R - 2r-21 <br />The 1-10 Express Lanes project is a design -build project widening 10 miles of 1-10 <br />from 1-15 to the Los Angeles/San Bernardino County border- The project includes <br />two tolled lanes in each direct and auxiliary lanes between existing on and off <br />ramps. As a Project Manager, Patti was responsible for many of the complex <br />property acquisitions involving severance damage analysis and mitigation to <br />commercial and industrial properties. <br />I-10/CHERRY VALLEY BLVD INTERCHANGE PROJECT <br />Piverside, CA 12019 - 2021 <br />This project involved the reconstruction of 1-10 at Cherry Avenue Interchange by <br />realigning the on and offramps, replacing the existing CherryAvenue Overcrossing, <br />widening of Cherry Avenue from 5 lanes to 7 lanes with sidewalks on both sides of <br />the street. Patti led the team of acquisition agents to acquire the necessary right- <br />of-way for the project and obtain right-of-way certification from Caltrans. She also <br />provided cost estimating services of probable costs for right-of-way acquisition <br />and service costs during the environmental planning phase. <br />
