He is focused on maximizing revenue, clearing encroachments, <br />and mitigating utility conflicts for his clients. <br />EXPERIENCE <br />STATE ROUTE 91 IMPROVEMENTS, SEGMENTS 1, 2,3 <br />Orange County Transportation Aumonty 1 Orange, CA <br />The SR-55 between 1405 and 1-5 has four general purpose lanes, one carpool <br />lane and some auxiliary lanes in each direction_ The heavy congestion on SR-55 is <br />expected to increase with future demand. This project adds one general purpose <br />lane, one carpool lane and auxiliary lanes in each direction of this stretch of the <br />freeway to reduce congestion and increase capacity. The project is funded through <br />OC Go (formerly Measure M) in cooperation with Caltrans and federal funds. Curtis <br />is the Utility Coordination Manager on this project involving 52 utility conflicts <br />SR-55 IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />Orange County Transportation Authority I Orange, CA <br />This project adds one general purpose lane, one carpool lane, and auxiliary lanes <br />in each direction of SR-55 between 1-405 and 1-5 in order to reduce congestion <br />and increase capacity. Some of the <br />utility relocations are highly complex, including Southern California Edison high - <br />voltage transmission lines spanning overhead the freeway. <br />FINAL DESIGN ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR STATE ROUTE 2411STATE <br />ROUTE 91 INTERCHANGE EXPRESS LANES CONNECTOR PROJECT <br />Foothill/Easlern Transportation Corridor Agency I Yorba Lip .i., :.. <br />The Foothill/Eastern Transportation Corridor Agency (FJETCA) manages the 133, <br />241 and 261 Toll Roads, which link the 91 freeway near the Orange County) <br />Riverside County border to Interstate 5 in Irvine and to communities in South <br />Orange County. In cooperation with Caltrans District 12, F/ETCA is proposing to <br />construct a median -to -median interchange connector between SR-241 and the <br />91 Express Lanes tolled lanes in the median of SR-91 by 2023. As the right of <br />way subconsultant to the design engineer. Monument is providing comprehensive <br />right of way services including supporting the design team with analyzing potential <br />impacts to utility facilities and potential utility relocation coordination. Curtis will <br />ultimately prepare the Utility Certification for the project. <br />
