Curtis is <br />determining liability for utility relocations and estimating those costs based on utility <br />facility conflicts identified and mapped by the design team. <br />PROJECT APPROVAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DOCUMENT (PA&ED) SR-55 <br />IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, FROM 1-5 TO SR-91 <br />Orange County Transportation Authority I Orange, CA <br />The proposed project adds general-purpose and auxiliary lanes in each direction <br />at strategic locations along SR-55. Curtis worked with the design team to identify <br />utility conflicts and prepare relocation estimates for facilities in conflict, culminating <br />in Caltrans Right of Way Data Sheets for each design alternative. <br />PAIED 1-5 IMPROVEMENTS [I-405 TO SR-55] <br />Orange County Transportation Authority I Orange, CA <br />For this 9-mile highway corridor improvement project, Monument identified right <br />of way and utility impacts associated with two build alternates. Based on the <br />preliminary geometric plans, Curtis prepared Caltrans Right of Way Data Sheets <br />for review and approval by OCTA and Caltrans District 12. He prepared a detailed <br />scope, schedule, and estimated cost of utility relocations. Curtis identified low - <br />and high -risk utility areas within the project limits which may be subject to the <br />requirements of the California Public Utility Commission General Order 131-D. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL AND FINAL DESIGN PHASE FOR CALLE CONTENTOI <br />RANCHO CALIFORNIA ROAD ROUNDABOUT PROJECT <br />RiverI :i;:I:-: r:()Lrnty Transporati :; <br />The Temecula Valley Wine Country Community Plan adopted by the Riverside <br />County Board of Supervisors planned for the implementation of roundabouts at <br />five intersections across four miles of Rancho California Road between Butterfield <br />Stage Road and Glenoaks Road. Curtis currently pending kickoff of "turnkey" utility <br />coordinator services as the subconsultant to the design engineer. Curtis will collect <br />as -built plan, create a utility conflict matrix, review utility exhibits, and draft license <br />agreements. In the absence of a Construction Manager for this project, as Utility <br />Coordinator, Curtis will be engaged during construction phase and coordinating <br />with the contractor and affected utility agencies_ <br />-101MT. VERNON INTERCHANGE PR&ED(PS&E <br />San Bernardino County Transportation Authority I Colton, CA <br />The project will replace the existing bridge over 1-10 and Mount Vernon Avenue and <br />will provide local circulation improvements in the City of Colton. Curtis attended 8 <br />utility coordination meetings, contacted 17 utility companies, prepared Notices to <br />Owners for the 10 facilities in conflict, drafted a utility agreement, and coordinated <br />30 potholes. All utility files were maintained in accordance with Caltrans Right of <br />Way Manual. <br />
