Mario provided full relocation services including coordination with <br />the City Planning Department, client, tenants and contractors, and prepared and <br />presented claims and all pertinent notices to facilitate the project. Mario negotiated <br />settlements in order to complete the relocation process according to the schedule. <br />METRO GOLD LINE <br />Foothill Extension Construction I Monrovia. CA 12017 - 2019 <br />Provided relocation services to residences and businesses affected by the Gold <br />Line extension project in the cities of Arcadia and Monrovia. Mario was the liaison <br />between the client and tenant's attorneys, and responsible for identification of <br />qualifying compensable items, the preparation and review of status reports, <br />relocation claims, and working with contractors to obtain accurate estimates. <br />CENTENNIAL CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />14-?U1 . <br />The City of Bakersfield, in cooperation with Caltrans, is building a new east -west <br />transportation corridor for SR-58, providing a continuous alignment from SR-99 to <br />1-5_ As a Senior Agent, Mario provided relocation assistance to affected businesses, <br />as well as coordination of F&E ownership. Mario was also responsible for preparing <br />and reviewing status reports, relocation claims, and working with contractors to <br />obtain accurate estimates. <br />COMPASSIONATE AND NEW HOSPITAL PROJECT <br />FAIR Kaiser Foundation I Irvin: CA 12015 - 2016 <br />Mario acquired vacant land to facilitate the project construction of a new, stateāof- <br />the-art hospital. His responsibilities included land use research and review of claim <br />forms, preparation of offer packages, review of appraisals and negotiation with <br />property owners to acquire vacant land. Mario was also responsible for identifying <br />public utilities and easements. <br />FUN FACT! <br />Mario's passion is travel and experiencing <br />all cultures. He speaks Spanish, <br />Portuguese and Italian. After attending <br />law school in his hometown in Mexico, <br />Mario traveled the world before settling in <br />Los Angeles. He is a connoisseur of red <br />wine and good food and enjoys cooking <br />meals for his friends and family. <br />
