He is hands-on in his management of acquisition, <br />business and residential relocation assistance, title review, and escrow <br />coordination. Jeremy has worked With a wide range of public agencies <br />and private sector clients with an emphasis on transportation, housing and <br />flood control projects. He is experienced in negotiating with private parties, <br />corporations, and lenders to obtain lender consents and subordination <br />agreements. Jeremy is also experienced in property analysis and valuation. <br />EXPERIENCE <br />MULTIPLE ACQUISITION PROJECTS <br />r- esk.0 �,uunty Dept of imuu is Works _and Planning I Fresno, CA 12015 - 2019 <br />Auberry and Copper Traffic Signal Project_ This project consisted of installation of <br />a new four -phase traffic signal with protected left-tum phasing at the intersection of <br />Auberry Road and Copper Avenue. New traffic signal pole foundations and poles <br />were also installed. Auberry Road was widened at the intersection to accommodate <br />left -turn pockets on each approach of the intersection. There were two impacted <br />parcels with two permanent road easements and two temporary construction <br />permits_ This project was delivered within budget and on time. <br />Bridge Preventative Maintenace Program Scour Mitigation Project. The purpose <br />of the project was to extend the service life of seven existing bridges by installing <br />new scour countermeasures along with other maintenance activities. Permanent <br />maintenance easements were acquired from 14 parcels with 12 owners. Originally <br />the County sought to acquire temporary construction easements, but later decided <br />to pursue permanent easements. This change, along with some project redesigns, <br />caused delays that pushed the projectwell past its original completion date. Jeremy <br />Nied was sucessful in working with the parties to ultimately move the project to <br />completion. <br />North Avenue Reconstruction Project From Bethel Avenue to Academv Avenue. <br />This project consisted of improvements to North Avenue including reconstruction <br />of the road surface with hot mix asphalt and aggregate base, construction of <br />sidewalks, curb ramps, cross walks, curbs and gutters, storm drain construction <br />and other miscellaneous improvements. Redesigns required creation of revised <br />offer packages. There were five permanent easements from five owners. This <br />project was delivered on time and within budget. <br />Outside Main Canal Bridge on Russell Avenue Project. This project replaced the <br />hydraulically inadequate Outside Canal Bridge with a new bridge that meets current <br />standards and accommodates ground subsidence and satisfies Central California <br />Irrigation ❑istrict(CCID) requirements. There were Temporary Construction Permits <br />acquired for six parcels, with a total of three owners. Jeremy sucessfully delivered <br />this project within budget and on time. <br />
