Ramie is the Project <br />Manager responsible for the oversight and management of the program and four <br />Consultant teams. She is responsible for preparation of the RAMP, bid documents <br />for appraisal, right-of-way engineering and right-of-way services. Ramie drives the <br />schedule and works collaboratively with the client to deliver the project_ <br />CALIFORNIA HIGH SPEED -RAIL PROJECT <br />Co�ifornia High -Speed Rail Authority: 2016 - Ongoing <br />The California Highspeed mail Authority is responsible for planning, designing, <br />building, and the operation of the first high-speed rail system in the nation. Ramie <br />was part of the consultant team providing right-of-way support on Construction <br />Package 1, a 23-mile segment between Avenue 19 in Madera County to East <br />American Avenue in Fresno County. She organized and managed an intense <br />conveyance and permit process for the Authority preparing and tracking over <br />1000 conveyance packages including coordination with owners, utilities and <br />stakeholders. <br />1-10 EMPRESS LANES PROJECT <br />San Bernardino County Transportation Authority I San Bernardino, CA 12017 - 2019 <br />Ramie was the Project Manager and managed the acquisition services to over <br />200 properties affected by this design -build freeway widening project. She was <br />responsible for the coordination with acquisition and relocation teams, escrow, title, <br />and appraisal firms. Ramie maintained a monthly project schedule and controlled <br />right of way capital costs. <br />STATE ROUTE 91 CORRIDOR IMPROVEMENT <br />Riverside CoUrtV Transportation Comm'ssion ' R verside, CA r 2012 - 2017 <br />This was a high -profile, politically sensitive design -build project involved over 450 <br />partial and full acquisitions with varying degree of difficulty, and approximately <br />250 residential and business relocations. This project widened approximately 16 <br />
