San Bernardino, CA 12017 - Ongoing Tim was responsible for preparation of acquisition documents, offer packages and purchase contracts. He coordinated escrow closings, participated in client meetings and provided support to project management in various aspects of title and escrow coordination_ Tim collaborated with escrow and title officers, acquisition agents, project support staff and the client to ensure project requirements and deadlines were met and the team was on schedule. Tim was also responsible for securing full and partial reconveyance instruments from lien holders of record. This project expanded the 1-10 to add express lanes in each direction from the Los Angeles County Line to the 1-15. INTERSTATE 405 IMPROVEMENT PROJECT Orange County Trarsportavon Authority I Orange, CA 12015 - Ongoing Tim provides support to the project management team for this design -build project that will widen approximately 16 miles of active freeway between the SR-73 freeway in Costa Mesa and 1-605 near the L-A_ County line. The project involves more that 250 properties. Tim supports the project in various aspects of title and escrow coordination including title abstracts, review of documents and encumbrances on title reports. He reviewed plotted easements, pare downs and title report/litigation guarantee reports and collaborated with project management, escrow and title officers, acquisition agents, support staff and clients to ensure project requirements and deadlines were satisfied.
