<br />John brings over 40 years of experience in water infrastructure
<br />including inspection of water, recycled water, sewers, and public
<br />works projects. He has experience working with the Orange County
<br />Water Department, the Orange County Sanitation District, and the
<br />Long Beach Water Department. He serves as a valuable resource for
<br />peak and alternate inspection services as his career has progressed
<br />steadily from maintenance worker, field supervisor, treatment plant
<br />operator, district inspector, construction observer, and inspector.

<br />—Jan. 2020. John inspected the installation of SDR 35 sewer main and
<br />5,000 ft of C900 watermain. He also inspected the installation of 6' fire
<br />hydrants.
<br />Construction Inspector, Joe Hill Consulting Engineers, San Francisco,
<br />CA. Sept. 2020—Jun. 2021. John inspected tie-ins from a new 12-inch
<br />DIP watermain to the existing 12-DIP watermain.
<br />Treatment, Santiago Construction Inspector, Wastewater Reclamation Project Phase 1,
<br />Community College High Desert Water District, Arcadis Engineering, Yucca Valley, CA.
<br />Software Oct. 2016 — Jan. 2018. John inspected the installation of 10 miles of
<br />Procore, EaDoc, Tracklt 8-inch SDR 35 sewer main along with over 500 4-inch to 6-inch SDR 35
<br />sewer laterals. He inspected the installation of over 300 performed
<br />sewer manholes, the installation of 3000 feet of 20-inch force main and was part of the inspection team
<br />overseeing two jack and bore operations for the force main and main line sewer.

<br />• Rosewood CT & J Street Water Main Replacement Project: This project included inspection of 3,300
<br />feet of 30inch CIVIL/ C WSP, 3,100 feet 18-inch CML/C WSP, 2,700 feet 18-inch DIP, three 24-inch
<br />manways on the 30-inch CIVIL, 65 new water services, 17 new fire hydrants, 9 Cathodic test stations,
<br />and 30 butterfly valves.
<br />• West 4th street Elderberry to San Antonio Ave Water Main Improvement Project: This project
<br />included inspection of 4,300 feet of 18-inch CML/C WSP, 130 fire hydrants, 7 cathodic test stations,
<br />200 feet 10-inch and 8-inch CML/C WSP, four 18-inch butterfly valves, and 37 water services.
<br />• Water Main Replacement Project in Various Streets: This project included inspection of 4,200 feet
<br />12-inch CML/C WSP, 6,400 feet 8-inch CML/C WSP, 214,000 SF grind and cap, 24 Gate Valves, 89
<br />water services, 26 fire hydrants
